Applications Shared: Dragon Dictate, Linoit, Skitch, Comic Lite
Apps & Integration Ideas Shared:
Dragon Dictate: this app allows the user to dictate and uses voice recognition to translate the spoken word to text that is available instantly for copying, pasting, emailing, etc. Network connectivity is required for Dragon to function properly.
Skitch: this app allows the user to annotate photos, camera images, screenshots, web pages, and maps in addition to allowing the user to draw on a blank page.
Comic Touch Lite: this app is the free version of the Comic Touch app. Users can add word bubbles and titles to pictures and images from the photo library or ones taken using the built in camera.
Socrative: this app works like a "clicker" where students can answer question or add responses to teacher generated questions. There is a student and a teacher app--those generating questions will need the teacher app.
